How to Arrive Hotel

By public transportation: From the airport take Bus Line A32 to Alcudia, the stop is outside the Airport Arrivals’ Hall. The price of a single ticket is 8.00 EUR. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver (bank notes larger than 20 EUR are not accepted). Line 32 bus schedule and route can be found here (travel time is 1 hour 40 minutes). By car: You can rent a car in the airport. Renting a car is cheaper compared with mainland Europe. Parking is free in the hotel.

By Taxi: Taxis can also be found outside the Airport’s Arrivals Hall. The journey will take about 45 minutes and the taxi will cost 80-90 Euros (please note that supplements apply for luggage, night time and Sunday rides).

Hotel Reservation

The conference hotel is at a high demand. Is famous in its first class location, environment, rich choice of food and activities. The conference has setup a default option “all inclusive” with the hotel at a reduced rate. The conference will compensate a part of the accommodation cost for the registered participants as long as you make the hotel reservation with the conference.

Reservation deadline: The deadline for reserving your hotel room is July 1, 2019. After this date, we can not guarantee that you have a room in the hotel. However, you are allowed to cancel the reservation if you do it ahead of time under the best condition that the hotel provides to us before Sept. 27, 2019.
