Paper Submission
Notes: All the CDVE papers will pass a
peer to peer review before finally being accepted.
You will receive the review reports in the
acceptance notification email.
Full paper submission - up to 10 pages.
Each paper should include and only include:
Title, author names, affiliations, emails,
keywords, abstract and main text. Maximum 10
pages.
We encourage authors to include their ORCIDs in
the paper. Another feature LNCS now offers is the
inclusion of embedded videos in proceedings papers
which can be played in the paper online version.
You should follow strictly the LNCS instructions
and format to submit your paper.
The author’s instructions can be found by clicking
here.
The Consent-to-Publish form is
here.
At this stage, you don’t need to send copyright
forms, only a copy of .pdf of your paper in the
right format.
Authors should consult Springer’s authors’
guidelines and use their proceedings templates,
either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation
of their papers. Springer encourages authors to
include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition,
the corresponding author of each accepted paper,
acting on behalf of all of the authors of that
paper, must complete and sign a
Consent-to-Publish
form, through which the copyright for their
paper is transferred to Springer. The
corresponding author signing the copyright form
should match the corresponding author marked on
the paper. Once the files have been sent to
Springer, changes relating to the authorship of
the papers cannot be made.
The LaTeX templates are available in
Overleaf.
Send your paper in .pdf format to the
Easychair system at the following URL:
