About the University of the Balearic Islands

University of the Balearic Islands is located in the capital of the Mallorca Island. It is a state own public university. You can find a video about our university here. You can see some brief introduction of the four islands of the Balearic Islands and the campus we have in each island.

Hotel Reservation

Early hotel reservation is highly recommended due to the high demand of this hotel in the conference dates. We are asking all the participants to reserve the hotel via the conference in order to receive the financial compensation for the room from the conference. The absolute deadline for hotel reservation and assure your room is June 20, 2017. If you did not reserve the room on time, you can still fill up the form and we will try to find a room for you. How to arrive to the hotel

The hotel address: Carretera de Alcudia-Pto. de Pollensa, km. 2, 07400, Alcudia.
Tel. +34971546996. The hotel is a bit far from the airport.  There are a couple ways to arrive the hotel.

CDVE2017 will be held in hotel Club Pollentia

The conference will be held in the hotel Club Pollentia is a 4 Stars vacation village in the North of Mallorca, between Alcúdia and Pollensa, situated in front of the Mediterranean Sea. See their web for more details. Many participants had a wonderful experience in 2015 with a vacation hotel near the sea side. You are welcome to participate and bring your family as well. The conference will have a group price for all of our participants and give the participants up to 3 nights of financial compensation. The open buffet has countless dishes every day for you to choose from. You will enjoy it for sure!

Activities: You and your family can  enjoy your best "sun and sand" holiday while participating the conference. The conference hotel will  be by the sea side as always when we were in Mallorca.  There will be a lot of organized activities for the accompanying family members.  You will have an experience that you never had.
