CDVE2011 successfully held
The participants of CDVE2011 have enjoyed a wonderful conference in
Hong Kong. Both the paper presentations and the social activities
were very exciting.
The reception was a moving tram party around the busy Hong Kong center
area with food, wine, and moon cakes! Sept. 12 was the mid-autum moon
festival in China. It is one of the most important festivals in Chinese
tradition.
The conference backquet was another surprise for the participants. All
conference participants went on a boat trip to go to the Lama island
and had a really tasty seafood dinner. Many people from the Computer
Science Department, University of Hong Kong also joined the bankquet.
This made this event
extremely special. It is a reunion of old friends and the party of
making new friends in the research area.
