CDVE2018 Successfully Held
CDVE2019 Will be in Mallorca Oct. 6-9, 2019

The CDVE2018 conference has been successfully held in Hangzhou. The participants enjoyed the wonderful West Lake environment, the technical sessions, the visits and the great food! We would like to thank the local organization team for their excellent work. We would also like to thank all the participants for their dedication to the success of this conference.
The program committee also decided that the next year conference CDVE2019 will be held in Mallorca, Spain, Oct. 6-9, 2019.

CDVE2018 Final Program

You can now go to the program page and download the final program with all the session chair names. Please check if your paper is there. There are some slight modifications on the timing to fit the local arrangement. Please make sure that you find your paper in the program and check the time.
If you are session chair, please make sure that you have the introduction of all the speakers that will be available on the conference room table. Only the papers of which the authors confirmed to present the paper in the conference will appear in the program. We believe that you will have a wonderful time in the conference.

Conference Hotel Reservation Opens

he conference will be held in Hangzhou Jinxi hotel, No.39 Yanggongti, Xihu District, Hangzhou, China. The hotel is located in the most famous West Lake scenic area, facing the west lake.

CDVE2018 Call for Poster Papers

CDVE2018 poster paper deadline is under call. All the research and development short term research results, position papers, new research idea with its possible implementations related to our conference themes that have never been published nor submitted to other places are welcome to submit to the CDVE2018 conference.  You should send the abstract of your poster paper  to our Easychair submission page. Please check our submission page for the paper format and how to submit. Accepted poster papers will have a time slot to display and interact with participants. They will not be published in the proceedings.

The prestigious series of CDVE conferences have been and still will be a unique meeting point for the experts, researchers, developers and practitioners in the cooperative design, visualization, engineering and other cooperative application areas.
We are living in a rapid developing era with new technologies, new methods appearing every day.  CDVE2018 conference will provide an opportunity for them to publish their research results, get inspired from peer researchers and develop their professional networks.
Our conference authors are always from more than 20 countries and from all the continents. CDVE conferences are also famous in their colorful and enjoyable social activities.
All the accepted papers (full and short) will be published in the proceedings by Springer Verlag on their Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). In addition, selected papers will be published in some journals including SCI indexed journals. We have been published the selected papers in the Concurrent Engineering, Multimodal User Interface, Journal of Symmetry etc. in our special issues.

CDVE2018 will have an industrial session

As Hangzhou is one of the China internet technology bases, the CDVE2018 will have a special session for the presentation of the industrial companies and organizations. This will provide a platform for exchanging experience of industrial practitioners and a link between the industry and academic researchers. We believe this will help to promote the development of new technology in cooperative design, visualization and engineering. Presentations of this nature can be submitted to the CDVE2018 conference. All the accepted and registered presentations will have a chance to present in this special session. A committee for organizing this session can be found in our Technical and Industrial Committee.

CDVE2018 will be held in Hangzhou, China

CDVE2018 will be held in the city of Hangzhou, China. The dates of the CDVE2018 will be October 21 to 24, 2018. Please mark your calendar for these days.
Do you want to have a feeling of how the internet technology is developing in China and how it affects the daily life of the country, come to Hangzhou. Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province, has been one of China’s most renowned and prosperous cities for the last 1,000 years. Located in the Yangtze River Delta, Hangzhou is well-known for its beautiful natural scenery, the West Lake being its most renowned location. Recently, Hangzhou has been a center of the internet business in China. It is the venue for 2016 G20 summit and the home and birth place of the famous Chinese internet e-commerce company Alibaba. Our participants will have the chance to visit this amazing company during our conference.
