Conference Venue and Hotel reservation

The conference will be held in Hangzhou Jinxi hotel, No.39 Yanggongti, Xihu District, Hangzhou, China. The hotel is located in the west lake scenic area, facing the west lake.

The hotel reservation deadline is August 25, 2018. All the participants should reserve the hotel via the conference to get the special price which is more than half of the list price. Conference participants should download the reservation form here and fill out the hotel reservation form, and send it to the email address cdve2018 @easychair.org to confirm your hotel reservation. Change and cancellation should be made before Sept. 24 to avoid one night charge. Download from here for the information about the hotel and the prices. We highly recommend that you reserve the hotel 1 where the conference is held.

How to Arrive

Arriving Hangzhou: If you take an international flight, you will arrive at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. There is no direct bus to the hotel. Take a taxi to the hotel. The hotel is 33 kilometers from the airport. The cost is about 200 RMB (including 20RMB for high-speed transit).

Arrived in Shanghai:
Shanghai has two international airports which are the Shanghai Pudong International Airport and the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport.

Arriving in Shanghai Pudong International Airport:

Arriving in Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport:
