Guest Room/ Rates for CDVE2014 group:
Studio Double Queen (SDQ) Studio King (SK) /$159.00+ tax, single/double occupancy.
Add $20 for each additional adult.

• Check in time is 4 pm. Check out time is 12 Noon
• Rates do not include applicable tax, currently 15.6%
• Rates include wireless internet service and overnight guest parking. Please note that parking is limited and not guaranteed.
• The breakfast will be provided by the conference included in the registration fee.
  

RESERVATION METHOD: Group Code : 140914CDVE. The group reservation may be full now. If you would like to book the same hotel you can call the hotel directly, please call them on +1 866.866.7977 and mention the Group Code. Since it is late the price may be different. Guests may book online.

If you would like to reserve a close-by hotel, you can book the Hotel University Inn or the Deca Hotel. Please search the web and check the map for the signs of hotels nearby.

Cancellations: To avoid charges for the first night, individual cancellations must be received by 3:00 PM on the day prior to arrival.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: Watertown is a 100% non-smoking hotel. We reserve the right to charge a $250 cleaning fee to the individual responsible in the event of a breach in Hotel Non Smoking Policy.
