How to arrive the conference hotel

Our organization committee chair has written a very detailed instruction to show us how to arrive the hotel by trains from two different airports in Osaka. Please print it out and keep it with you. It will be of great help if you do not speak Japanese. Here is the instruction.

Hotel Reservation is Now Open

We recommend you to reserve the hotel rooms as early as possible. Here is the hotel room reservation form.  You can sign it and send it by fax or scan it, save it as a picture and send it by email to reg2012@cdve.org as indicated in the form.

CDVE2012 will be held in Shin-Osaka
Washington Hotel Plaza, Osaka

The venue of CDVE2012 will be the Shin-Osaka Washington Hotel Plaza in Osaka City.

Access:
5-minute walk from Japan Railway (JR) Shin-Osaka Station, which is the main
terminal of the Bullet Train "Shin-kansen"
Two International Airports in Osaka Prefecture:
1) Kansai International Airport ("Kankuu"): 50 minutes by JR
Limited Express "Haruka" to Shin-Osaka Station (about every 30 minutes)
2) Osaka International Airport ("Itami"): 25 minutes by Osaka
Airport Limousine Bus (about every 20 minutes)
Many international and domestic flights are operated to both airports.
